Most homeowners don’t think about repairs…until something stops working.  A leaking roof during heavy rain.  Cracks on walls getting wider.  Tiles lifting.  Doors not closing properly.  Electrical issues starting to malfunction.  At first, it seems small. Manageable. “We can deal with it later.”
